help please

hello there tekkit forums

so before i explain my issue i have ran many minecraft servers before and know the basic steps to running bukkit and stadard smp server,

i have all java files needed,and portforwarded 25565

Now my problem is that i have made a tekkit server and all files are loaded,when i go to connect it says the servers not on and cannot connect

i cannot connect from a different ip either

i am not using hamachi,and tried running a normal smp server and checked if the port was open(it was)

i did connect using localhost but still couldnt connect

can someone please help me?

Please post your server config file. If you get error messages when starting the server, post those as well.
