Refilling advanced thermal engine from one manager

How must i set liquid manager to refill my carts with advanced thermal engine?

(They need water and lava)

I've set external distributor fo fill two tanks in manger with water and two tanks with lava.

Then I will set each tank to have same color, but manager has two settings with unconnected tanks which one is better?
