Vanilla opens when trying to open a modpack

Launcher Version: i have no idea, im pretty sure its the newest

Operating System: Windows 7 64

Java Version: no idea but pretty sure its the newest

Antivirus Program: AVG antivirus

Description of Problem:

Made a private modpac, when trying to start it up, no mods load. Vanilla minecraft starts up instead.

That's on your end, not the launcher's.

Your modpack.jar is probably incorrectly configured.

hmm well when i downloaded minecraft forge it was already a .jar

Should a make a empty winrar zip folder and turn into a jar and then copy everything from the minecraftforge .jar to the newly made .jar?
