It looks like that modpack file is unavailable. Try a different Pixelmon pack; I'm pretty sure that there are quite a few out there.

Sadly, I already have tried many others, and a friend of mine downloaded the mod pack right after I tried. No custom packs work for me.

I feel like such an idiot, but that was happening to any other modpack I tried too. Thanks for the help, I guess I'll just wait 'till it it is not disabled.
