Launcher no longer allows more than one instance of modpacks

Antivirus Program: Avast (Disabled)

Description of Problem:

Launcher no longer allows more than one instance of modpacks. Gives a file is being used by another process error. Has never occurred before as I often run more than one instance of modpacks. (One instance per username)

Error Messages:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:UsersRobert MaehlAppDataRoaming.technictekkitbinnativesOpenAL64.dll (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)
