New modpack server crash on startup (with or without mods)

Im kinda new here so forgive me if i've broken a rule by posting this or posting it in the wrong section but i have an error i get when trying to start a forge server with my custom technic modpack.

im not sure how to decode these errors..... help on what to do would be great.

If you looked before posting, you would have seen that it says:

and then it says:

and that means that forge is not getting all of the required files automaticly, so you will need to go here and find the files that are missing.

[edit] it seems as some files are not named right on the site, so I have fixed that error.

thanks alot TwoTails when i go home ill finish installing the server with those files. ill post again if theirs another problem, if it isnt stuipidly obvious again...
