Chocobo over-spawning problem

Hi,

not sure if it is just me but on one of my single player worlds I have a problem with the spawinging of chocobos, there seem to be an aweful lot of them. It's a beutiful sight but the lag makes the game virtually unplayable.

If anyone has the same problem or a way to fix it, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen this before. Someone else had blue ones spawn like crazy as well. I dont think there is a fix except to kill them all :sadface:
