(Tekkit) What is the backpack/glider item in the Tekkit image displayed in the launcher?

If you go to that link and scroll to the bottom there is a player with some sort of jetpack wings item. I could not find this in the not enough items, does anyone know what it is?

I think you can get it as one of the selectable models for the Power Armor torso.
