Character Freezes

Title: Character Freezes

Version: 3.1.3

OS: Macbook pro

Java Version: No idea

Description of Problem:

whenever i am on a server or single player i move forward or any direction, but once i let go of the button, my player freezes, i cant move anymore. the only thing i can do is hold down ESC until the save and quit screen shows up. PLEASE HELP

Tekkit 3.1.3 is naturally buggy. Please try using 3.1.2.

To change to tekkit 3.1.2:

On the launcher under the tekkit classic logo there is a gear, click it, click always use Recommended builds, then click save.

Hit f3 when in game

Your java version:

Open terminal, type java --version

you are very helpful and i very much love how much you are trying to help me but it doesent seem to work, i have tried deleting my files and restarting it but nothing changes, my player still wont move.
