I need help urgently!!!

Ok, so I was playing Voltz in LAN with my brother, I using my laptop and also being host of the LAN server suddenly experienced a blue screen crash dump. After the initial reboot I turned Voltz back on so that we could continue our adventure. When I clicked on the world it just said "Loading World" I gave it my patience but it still wouldnt open, I rebooted and it still wouldnt work. I need you guys to tell me what to do to fix it.
