Server Launch.bat error please help!!

So i get this error when i try to launch the Launch.bat file. The error says

C:\Users\Anthony\Desktop>Java -Xmx3G -Ams2g -jar Voltz.jar nogui

Error: Unable to access jarfile Voltz.jar

C:\Users\Anthony\Desktop>pause

Press any key to continue . . .

anyone know why and how to fix this?
