No modpacks showing up in my Launcher

Launcher Version: Launcher build 365

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: Version 7 Update 45 (build 1.7.0_45-b18)

Antivirus Program: Microsoft Security Essentials

Description of Problem:

I just downloaded the Launcher on my new PC and not a single modpack showed up in neither the Launcher or in the UserAppDataRoaming.technic file. I have tried to reinstall the Launcher and Java several times, but this does not seem to solve the problem.
