I had the same problem on my tekkit server. You just have to use an earlier version of World Guard your probably using a newer version. I'll link you to my version. https://rapidshare.com/files/3400878254/WorldGuard.jar Theres my jar I use on my 2.1.1 Tekkit Server. Works perfectly.

Thank you! loaded up perfectly, but will this stop people placing blocks and destroying them? I know how world guard works but I have seen many topics that say even in a area protected by world guard people can place blocks but not destroy them?
