This happened a lot, I think it is just the item glitching, as even if I restarted the server and my client the same water bucket would be glitchy, I never did solve it, instead I just made another water bucket.

You may not be using a static IP, check your external IP to see if it is any different, you can check your IP here: www.whatsmyip.org If your IP has not changed then check your ports.

I use McMyAdmin do I do not know how to launch a jar with that code. I will probably will disabled WR. I have disabled EnderChests because they crash my server
