Whole techinic pack vanished after launch

Description of Problem:

I launched tekkit and it was working fine but i noticed the shortcut vanished as i launched it and thought that was odd and once i finished playing i went to go find it again only to find out there is no trace of the pack or the launcher on my computer its like it deleted itself
