Can't Login to Launcher.

Antivirus Program: Avast

Description of Problem:

I'm new at all this, and I just downloaded the launcher for my first time.

I signed up in the website, and when I try signing in, in the launcher.

it says:" Invalid credentials. Invalid username or password"

I checked my username & password and It's fine.

(I confirm the Email also)

I finally solved the problem! I was typing in my username the whole time but 'username' means email. You have to type in the email address that you signed up with at minecraft!
