Can't see Not Enough Items bar

Title: Can't see Not Enough Items bar

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Version 7 Update 45

Description of Problem:

When I open my inventory there is no search bar, nor the option button that should be there from NEI, everyone else on my server (I host the server) can see theirs, for some reason it's just me. I don't know if this if the best place to post this, new to the forum.

Try pressing "o" while in the inventory screen. It's the default button to hide/unhide NEI.
