Error Version 2.0.1 and Above (Error Unzipping file)

I am having an issue loading the voltz modpack on versions 2.0.1 and above, whenever I try it gives me an error message

Error Unzipping a file for the following pack: Voltz

error in opening zip file

Please consult the modpack author

The launcher launches normally

I am using a custom built computer on windows 7 home basic

It does work using the versions 1.1.4 and below

Please help
