Help, Technic just says "add new pack" and no packs like tekkit classic already downloaded.

Help, I am wondering why Technic launcher ( when I have downloaded it) won't launch tekkit and other packs that already should be downloaded. Technic launcher worked before but won't work anymore. It used to work on this computer. PLEASE HELP!
