Shibam Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 I am thinking about switching companies. I rent a server at MCProHosting and i have not had a ticket answered in under 6 hours. Each time i submit a help ticket it takes them 7 hours or so to answer it. On the weekend it is worse. Even if i want to upgrade my service and give them more money it takes them several hours. What are the wait times like for other server hosting companies. I was thinking about switching hosts. Quote
