Unable to launch any modpacks

Launcher Version: Build: 377

Operating System: 32Bit Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Version 7 Update 45 build 1.7.0_45-b18

Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to launch any modpack (Tested 5 different modpacks) it comes up with an error that reads: Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. and: Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will now exit. Then it just re-shows the main launcher.

that only heppens when the selected amount of RAM is higher than 1.5GBs when using 32bit java.

upgrade to 64bit if you can.
