Dimensional Doors no longer work

Title: Dimensional Doors no longer work

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

Description of Problem:

I recently had a problem with my server but managed to recover my world by removing Atomic Science from the mod list.

Since then all previous dimensional doors now do not link to anything and bug out when you walk into them. I've put a picture of what it looks like below

Has anyone else experienced this bug and if so, what can I do next?

Well I would recommend asking on the Dimensional Doors MCF thread, assuming thats where the dev watches, but to take a guess, I'd say that whatever was causing serious issues in the world probably ate those other dimensions from the server files. Either that or you mangled the server config and somehow that's messed this up.
