Error IllegalArgumentException while parsing next element

Hi guys, I'm creating a modpack and it has the CustomNpcs mod. This mod has some .ogg files (npcs sounds) and Technic Launcher, when it's oppening Minecraft, says that error:

Error unzipping a file for the following pack: PreciseCraft AEDF

IllegalArgumentException while parsing next element.

Please consult the modpack author.

This happen when Technic Launcher is unzipping the .ogg files.

Can someone help me? Sorry about my bad english, I'm brazilian.

Now there is one bug more, the Audiotori mod gives the same error.
