FrostTea Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: Windows 8 Java Version: Latest 64 bit Antivirus Program: Trend Micro Security Description of Problem: I start up the Technic Launcher.exe and it tells me I have to login. I login with my minecraft account and after a while it pops with an error message saying something about trouble connecting to minecraft.net Error Messages: 'Auth Servers Inaccessible' An error occurred while attempting to reach Minecraft.net Error Log: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

0 Chefsbrian Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Try disabling your antivirus. If issue persists, back up your worlds and reinstall the launcher. The issue is usually the mojang servers melting under some sort of stress, but it can also be caused by something in the launcher dying (Very unlikely, but possible) And commonly, antivirus freaks out about the connection request, and blocks it.
