Help With Tekkit Classic Error When Running!

Please Help Me Out With This Error I've Been Getting Any Time I Start Up Tekkit Classic On The Old Launcher On My New Computer.

So yeah there's the error and I hope it can get fixed. I'm using an older version as that's the only one my world works on where I'm creating a program like a windows OS or something. Please help! I don't know how to use spoilers or if there is any spoiler thingy but if there is please tell me!

You have an ID conflict for some reason. The default ID for the Charging Bench in Tekkit Classic is 187, while the Teleport tether is 179. I would recommend changing the ids in the config files to those values.

Thank you for replying so fast! Sadly, I don't understand the tekkit files, so I'm gonna need a tutorial on how to change those ids. Either a video tutorial or a picture because I'm a visual learner and I will understand it more. I managed to access the file but what appened was, was that the charging bench is 187 but the teleport tether which I think is called a chunkloader in this version is 4095 those seem to be the two things conflicting with each other. I'm gonna restart my computer after changing the two and then see if it works. Keep in mind I'm using the old launcher in 1.2.5 not the recent ones because of my world and stuff not being able to transfer and I like the old launcher so keep that in mind.

I restarted and checked the two items and they were completely fine but I still get this error my charging bench is 187 and my Teleport tether is 179 it still gives me this error! please help!
