Title: Power shut off, now weird chunk error

Version: 1_0_3

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: 1.7.0_45 from Oracle Corporation

Description of Problem:

My friends and I have a Tekkit server. I host it on my home computer, and play on the same computer. Today I was playing on it, alone, when my home power shut off. When I regained electricity and started the server back up, I got an error from Atomic Science, a NullPointerException. It prevented the Tekkit server from starting. I did some googling, and found a thread saying I had to make a new world with a fresh ModFlags.dat and use it to replace the old world's dat file. I made a backup and did that.

When I started the server, I got a lot of repetitive errors, similar to the one in the Error Log. It kept spamming the server log, eventually starting the server so I could join, but the errors kept coming.

Now is the really strange part. The original errors were talking about arrow and bone entities (I'm assuming items dropped by a dead skeleton). They gave a location, and when I went to that location, there were strange invisible blocks. It looked just as I had seen it a million times before, but now I would collide with the invisible blocks and I couldn't move deeper into the area. When I placed cobblestone on or next to the invisible blocks, the cobble would reveal the block and dirt or grass or whatever would appear.

I shut off the server, planning on revisiting it later. When I did, I found all my placed cobblestone and invisible blocks missing, and a LOT of spiders (at least 1 per block in the affected area). As far as I know, there had been no spiders before. The sheer amount of spiders made the game unplayable.

If there's a way to clear that chunk or two that is affected, I think it might fix it. If there's an easier way, that'd be even better. Otherwise, is there a way to salvage my world?

NOTE: The quick printing of errors meant I had to print-scrn the log and manually type in the Error Log.

ANOTHER NOTE: "Tekkit Version" only let me select 1_0_3? I clicked the gear next to the Tekkit icon in the Technic launcher, and it says I'm using 1.1.10.
