Help. I cant find the .techniclauncher folder in Roaming. SphaxPureBD not working

I see the .technic folder in Roaming, but the .techniclauncher folder is nowhere to be found. I am trying to install Sphax PureBd texture pack. I know how to install the pack, I just can't find the right folder. I have reinstalled the launcher several times

Oh and i have a pc with windows 7.

The new launcher uses the .technic folder only; the .techniclauncher folder is for the old (pre-Technic Platform) launcher and is deprecated.
