Title: Inventory wont work properly. (Problem with my computer?)

Description of Problem:
Whenever I try to move something from my inventory to my hotbar, my mouse wont detect the item. I have to hold my mouse over the item and then it gets a bit glitchy. It works normally in regular minecraft, and on my other computer, but not on this one.
