Tekkit crashes on mojang Screen HELP!

Title: Tekkit crashes on mojang Screen HELP!

Version: 3.1.3

OS: OS: Windows 7 (x86) version 6.1

Java Version: 1.7.0_25, Oracle Corporation

Description of Problem:

when I load up the Classic pack on the Mojang Screen it crashes.

Error Messages:

It says that Minecraft encountered a problem so it crashed.

Please try using Tekkit 3.1.2 as there are usually no servers for Tekkit 3.1.3. Tekkit 3.1.3 is extremely buggy and is known to crash often. You can change this by: Clicking the gear ON THE LEFT UNDER THE TEKKIT CLASSIC LOGO, clicking "Always use recommended builds", then clicking "SAVE".

That being said try this:

1. Clicking the gear ON THE LEFT UNDER THE TEKKIT CLASSIC LOGO

2. Click "RESET PACK"

3. Click "Yes"

I can find the gear but there is no "reset pack"
