launch.bat freezes at Galacticraft unload

Description of Problem:

When running the launcher.bat after downloading the tekkit server it freezes after telling me the severe error that there is a newer galacticraft version

There are can't keep up errors being thrown, are you sure your server has enough raw power?

It might also be the fact that its loading dimension -23, I'm not sure if the game even supports negative dimensions...

Finally, your java is out of date, please update it.

Hey, thanks for your answer.

i did as you proposed - updated my java version to 1.7.0.51 and allocated around 3G of Ram to the server, but to no effect.

it still freezes around this line, only difference is that now the can't keep up appears before the galacticraft info....

other thing is that even though it mentions not to be able to keep up there is only 95% of the allocated RAM in use.

any more ideas?

how to i update galacticraft by hand? i downloaded the tekkit server installer yesterday.
