Download is broken.

Make sure you did these things:

a. Made a modpack.jar with the version of forge you use inside of it.

b. Aren't putting the minecraft.jar into the host (That's illegal and doesn't work)

c. Have the correct version of Minecraft selected in the modpack at technicpack.net

A link to download the modpack itself would help so we can know EXACTLY what the problem is.

**EDIT**

I see you're using Dropbox, make sure you put the hosted files in your Public folder!
