When Tekkit Main is played offline, most sounds, excluding Galacticraft sounds, will not play. When I log in and play they work fine, but I don't like doing that. They're still all there in the sounds folder, wether I'm online or not.

Description of Problem:
When Tekkit Main is played offline, most sounds, excluding Galacticraft sounds, will not play. When I log in and play they work fine, but I don't like doing that. They're still all there in the sounds folder, wether I'm online or not.
