Redpower2 Server crash

Title: Redpower2 Server crash

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Linux 3.10.23-xxxx-grs-ipv6-64 amd64

Java Version: 1.7.0_45

Description of Problem:

On a player login the server will crash with with the following error. Please note it is not every login.

It can be any random user, I thought the same thing 'maybe its a courrupt RP2 item in a chunk' Nope... It can be any user logging in :/ The users are from all towns and worlds so its not one chunk causing the issue :/
