help email not sending

i get this but evey time i hit resend i dont get a email

i got the same problem , and can't find any info to fix this problem

i give up the right e-mail addres , there is nothing in spam folder , i got good internet connection .

dont know what to do now , pls any 1 that know what to do ?

where can I find the spam folder? I'm not that good with computers.
