Power outage, now my server won't start

My power went out about 20 minutes ago. Me and two friends were playing on my server. Now it won't load up. It either hangs at SourceFile:573 or one of the mods does this. TradeBoothMod{0.4.2} [Trade Booth Mod] (tradebooth.0.4.2.zip) Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized->Errored

I'm not sure what specifically I should post to help you guys understand the problem.

I deleted the mod and it hangs at SourceFile:573 without crashing.

reload your mods dir and config files, chances are they became corrupted when the power went out. then buy yourself a ups and start a backup strategy so you never have to worry again

How do I reload them?

Check your routers ports and the severs IP. It has happened to before when the power went out, my router restarted and I had to update the IP and port.
Also reloading the mods could do it. Just re download the sever and replaces he mods folder bin and config, pretty much the same thing you do to update a sever.
