Problem With Server

Having a problem getting my server going. I downloaded the file and unpacked everything to the root folder on the server. I put both the jar files in the jar folder, and then hit the start button from the Mulicraft panel. This is what I get in the console;

Am not sure what the problem is, anyone point me in the right direction?
