attack of bteam server help

ok im using mcpowerhost to set up a server i took firezilla and  pasted ect  the problem im running into is when i launch the server i can log on but the items arent there except regular minecraft items please if any 1 can help me  id be really appretiated ive been trien for 3 days  and my server is like 30 sumthing a month

Don't use Minecraft_server.jar, use the attack of the B-team one.

i did that and it crashes   when i rename the bteam to craftbukkit 1.6.4 and launch as is it doesnt crash but items dont work

minecraft_server.jar contains only vanilla Minecraft.  The other jar (not sure what it's called exactly) patches Minecraft on the fly with Forge so the mods will load, so obviously it's essential.

so what can i do i just throwed money away  cuz i cant figure it out

Best chance is to ask for a refund or maybey have a person who's good with servers give you a hand. I'm sorry but i'm still working on getting my attack of the bteam to get up and having issues too.
