Well judging by your logs your launcher is starting Tekkit in java 1.6.

[12:32:15] [sEVERE] Launcher is starting....

[12:32:15] [sEVERE] Launcher Build: '0.5.4.9'

[12:32:15] [sEVERE] Allocated 1820.5 Mb of RAM

[12:32:15] [sEVERE] Java VM: '1.6.0_31-b05'

[12:32:15] [sEVERE] OS Version: '6.1'

[12:32:15] [sEVERE] Is 64-bit: 'true'

Always read stickies first:

Tekkit doesn't work but all the other packs do.

The latest dev (soon to be stable) version of Tekkit uses updated forestry and IC2, which now require

the newest version of Java to run. Java 7. As they are tricky to find, we've provided links to the

Java download pages on the mainsite. www.technicpack.net.

The fix is to download java jre7: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre-7u3-download-1501631.html

I have the same problem on my machine that none of my minecraft will work online with Java 7. Not plain old vanilla launcher. Not the technic launcher. Not my tekkit server. None of them will connect to any external IP. Brand new windows 7 install with fresh Java 7 64 bit. I've need using only Java 6 and I removed advanced machines from my server because Java 7 just will not play well. Idk if its a firewall issue or avast. But I tried it before those things and still nothing. Really no clue as to why Java 7 just does not like my machine. Think there is any chance I can get Java tech support to figure out the problem?
