Windows Protected your PC???

Hello, I've recently tried to download the Technic launcher. But when launching it a message props up stopping me: 'Windows protected your PC......Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognised app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.' 'Info - Publisher: Unknown.  App: TechnicLauncher'

 

Has anyone else had this and what did you do? As I'm new to Technic I don't want to click 'run anyway' and end up with my laptop getting infected/damaged etc.

As long as you've downloaded it from the right place, and the proper link, you're in no danger.
