Server issues

Hi I'm renting a server and everything starts up ok for me and my friends, but so far there are no coppers ores etc, the morph mod dosn't change player skin or bring up choices in the sidebar. Finnally carpenter blocks will show up for less than a second while crafting and than disappear. I could use some suggestions on how to fix these issues from a multicraft screen? Thank you.
