Can I disable/delete certain unwanted modpacks?

Just an annoyance i've been having, tried to install galaticraft using vanilla minecraft but couldn't get it to work, but did manage to get the modpack from technic to work fine,

 

Problem is I have a ton of unwanted modpacks that I can't seem to get rid of (Hack/Mine) (YogBox) Etc. I tried deleting the unwanted modpacks from the .technic folder but then the launcher just redownloads them, any way to disable this or am I just stuck with these unwanted modpacks

Those modpacks are built into the launcher, they are the official ones
