Mods not loading in private server

I downloaded the Attack of the B Team server file and started the up the server with no problems. But when I log into the server, none of the mods work at all. When I try to spawn items from NEI, it says the item ID does not exist for every non-vanilla item. Anyone else having this problem? And is there a way to fix it or did I just do something wrong.

Try reinstalling the server, if that isn't the problem I'd also reinstall attack of the bteam, that should fix it (worked for me at least)

It is a problem for all Mac users.

Sounds like you are starting the server with the "minecraft_server.jar" instead of "bteam.jar"
