No modpacks working!!!!

When I logged on earlier, I clicked on Attack of the B-Team and it asked if I wanted to update it. I clicked yes. It went on and said Error. It was something about not being able to download Resource folder. I tried Hexxit and Big Dig and the same came up. Please sort it out, because I am stuck to Vanilla Minecraft instead of modded minecraft.
