The new update broke all my worlds.

When I put the new update in and went to load up my world, I got a Forge error saying that I had a mismatched Item type present in the world missing in the game or something like that.  Reloading a previous build of the B-Team mod didn't help.  Loading my world in spite of it broke it and I just kept falling out of the world and into the void.   This happened with each of my older worlds.  I have a world on a server that a friend and I have done quite a bit of building on and I'm afraid of this happening.

Is there any safe way to get the server updated without getting this error?

Looking at the log, it looks like it has to do with the Glaacticraft update.

 

Lesson Learned.  Back up my worlds before loading them with an updated mod pack.
