Hecyra Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 (edited) Okay, I have spent my evening trying to do this on my own and, other than learning a bunch of new stuff about permission codes, am right where I started. So here is my question: Is there a simple way to, on a basic Hexxit server with no extra plugins installed, allow non-op users to use the teleport function in Mapwriter? Or, to limit/modify basic op permissions so that is the only op privilege available? It's the only thing on my server I want to change, and I'm hoping that I don't have to install permissionsex or bpermissions or something more complicated like that. I'm great at following instructions but figuring out all the stuff needed on the permissions plugins I tried was a bit beyond my abilities. Edited February 12, 2014 by Hecyra
disconsented Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 In vanilla/vanilla forge permissions don't really exist. If you are running a public server you should be running MCPC+.
Hecyra Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 It's not a public server but a private Hexxit server for my whole extended family, kids included. I will look into MCPC+ though, thank you. =)
