I cant make a server

Okey so im trying to make a server for the attack of the b-team mod pack, so i download the rar file, extract it, them go into the launch file and give it ram, them i open it and i get a message saying 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. What do i do?

your launch.bat file needs to know where to find Java; I suggest you try this or else google 'set java path' and find some instructions that work for you.
