Hexxit Mod Multiplayer

Hallo leute. Könnt ihr mir helfen? Ich habe jetzt ein eigenen server mit hexxit. Aber nun hab ich das problem das dort nur ein paar mods freigeschaltet sind die mini map etc.(Multiplayer) Die anderen sind irgendwie komischerweise deaktiviert. Warum? Im singleplayer funktionieren die alle.

P.s. Ich möchte multiplayer spielen und nicht singleplayer.
