Need help making a Bukkit server program

Hello guys.

 

I've been having a WHOLE lot of trouble lately.  I've been working on a Zelda themed modpack (It's private ATM for testing and it requires Forge 1.6.4).  It's going out REALLY good but I have one problem, I've been trying to make a Bukkit server program for it.  I cant find ANY tutorials out there for bukkit modpack servers and I was wondering if I could get help, thanks! (Sorry if this is in the wrong section)  I hope to release my modpack soon

Also I need to find a way to make a program that can be downloaded and used by anyone.
