Problems with Tekkit Classic server (1.6.4)

I made a Tekkit server for me and a few friends to play on, and all I've got to say is... What the heck?

I used to play Tekkit alot a while back, and I remember Dark Matter, Red Matter, This crazy armor which I can't remember the name of..

So, what's changed? And why is it changed?
I don't know how stuff works anymore, and I'm just as much of a noob as my friend who just installed it.

There's also some problems, I don't know what causes them, but I when I try to take items from the menu in the inventory it says f.example "There is no such item with ID 522" When I try to take withdraw a Tank.
I can't craft these items either, I've tried with Muskets and Blowguns, etc..

Is there any way to play the old Tekkit as I remember it?
Another thing worth mentioning is I haven't found any Uranium, Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire, which I remember was the best material before diamond.

IC2, RP2 and EE2 have been removed from the pack because they mainly haven't been updated

Tekkit Classic is NOT the new Tekkit and you can still launch tekkit classic through the client.
