the launcher doesn't work

when i click on play in the launcher after a few seconds i have an error messsage and the launcher close the message tell : error could not create the java virtual machine. what does i need to do ? (sorry for my english i'm swiss)

maybe you have to upgrade your java?

Try this;

 

1: Uninstall all the java entries you find in control panel (on windows).  You can do this all at once.

2: Restart your computer!  Very important that you do this before the next step!

3: After rebooting, install the latest JRE from the website, 32 and 64 bit versions.
